Marcus has been behind the chair for over fifteen years. He opened Ridgeline with his brother in 2016 to bring old-school barbering back to the neighborhood — straight-razor shaves, precise fades, and a shop that actually feels like a shop.
The same chair. The same craft.
Oak Street has changed a lot since 2016. Ridgeline hasn't. This is a family-owned shop built around the fundamentals — precise cuts, unhurried shaves, and the kind of conversation that makes a barbershop worth coming back to. Every service is done by hand, with the tools and technique that have always defined the trade. No shortcuts, no assembly line. Just good work, done right.
Services
Straightforward barbering. Priced fairly, done well.
Meetthebarbers
Three barbers. One standard.
Daniel handles the detail work — line-ups, beard sculpting, and the kind of taper that holds its shape for two weeks. He's been cutting since his teens and still approaches every head like it's a puzzle worth solving.
Priya joined Ridgeline in 2019 and quickly became the go-to for textured hair and high-contrast fades. She trained in Los Angeles before moving to Portland and brings a precision-first approach to every service.
